Collections/Drop Offs
We reserve the right to say no to any collections/drop offs if we feel you are not genuine and if you have wasted our time before.
- With collections/drop offs, please do note it is a first come, first serve basis with all our items.
- We expect full payment beforehand for all orders to secure the item and a rough time slot for delivery.
- If an item/size has sold out before a payment has been received, we cannot be held liable. Also, it is your responsibility to read through everything correctly and if you do have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with us!
- We offer collections and drop offs within certain areas of North & East London. This can be done on the same day, depending on our availability. Items can also be dropped off either by us or by cab. However all costs would need to be covered by the customer beforehand to guarantee an item and secure a delivery slot.
