Where are you based?

We are based in London, England.

How do I know what size I am?

Almost all our items are true to size and have an amazing fit/stretch. Usually if items are true to size or have a lot of stretch, it will be stated within the description. If you are unsure as to what size you are, we recommend you use our live chat or send us a direct message via Instagram (@SalaciaBrand) for a quick response - or you can simply email us at salaciastyles@hotmail.com

I forgot to add a valid discount code. How do I add it onto my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, the order cannot be adjusted nor can a discount be added once the order has been finalized.

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes! We ship our orders all over the world. If you'd like to place an order and cannot find your country, please send us a direct message on Instagram or send us an email to: salaciastyles@hotmail.com

I entered the wrong address at the checkout. How do I change my shipping address?

If an incorrect address was entered, it is important that you contact us as soon as you can so that we can try our best to have it rectified. Though we will try our best to work with you, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages dispatched with incorrect details. 

I haven't received my order. What should I do?

Orders can take up to 48 hours to be processed before being shipped out. After your order has been processed, you will receive a dispatched email informing you that your order has been sent out. Once this has been done, please wait the given time frame before reaching out to us.

 How long does a pre-order item take?

When items are marked as a pre-order item, this means it is in the process of being re-stocked. Pre-order items can take anywhere between 7-21 days (it can be sooner) however our aim is to get the item to you as soon as possible and you will receive a dispatched email. If you have placed an order with an item that is stock in and an item that is pre-order, the entire order will be sent out once the pre-order item arrives. If there are any delays you will be notified.

How do I know if the item I want is on pre-order?

When an item is available for pre-order, it will be stated in the title of the item or within the description. 

The item I ordered is a preorder item. I didn’t know. What can I do?

Whenever we have an item for preorder, it is stated very clearly in the product description all within the product sizing. Unfortunately it is not our responsibility to read through the website for you. We cannot cancel orders or /refund/return/exchange.

I used a discount code for free delivery and I chose next day. Will it be accepted?

Unfortunately not. Any orders placed using a discount code for free delivery is always shipped out with standard signed for.

How do I get a refund or change my order?

Unfortunately due to health, safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any exchanges and we do not offer any refunds.

Do you offer same day delivery or collection?

Yes, we can do depending on availability and it would be within certain areas of North & East London. All payments for any drop offs and collection would need to be made beforehand. Please do note some charges may apply depending on the situation or circumstances of the order.

How does your collection or drop off service work?

If you would like to collect or have your order dropped off to you on the same day or are in a rush for your items, we can offer a collection or a drop off service (provided us or you can provide transportation yourself.) All you have to do is simply send us an email (or a direct message via instagram for faster responses @salaciabrand) with the item you´d like to purchase along with the colour and size. We can then assist you further.

I´m in a rush for my order. I want my items now. What can I do?

If an order has been placed through the website without any discussion of collection or drop off, we will highly be unlike to arrange a drop off or collection. Any drop offs and collection will be need be discussed prior to meeting and all items must be paid for before we can arrange any sort of drop off or collection. Please do note, this is the same procedure with every single customer and we cannot make any changes. All orders for collection and drop off must be paid for via paypal, bank transfer or if discussed, through our website. 

I want to cancel my order. How do I do it?

Unfortunately, we do not cancel orders as this is a part of our policy. When placing your order on our website, you would have agreed to our terms and conditions and all our policies.
